Schoolhouse Fare, LLC is a dynamic company that provides a turnkey lunch service highlighting a variety of healthy menu choices for each day of the school week. Popular family dining restaurants have been carefully selected to freshly prepare and deliver quality lunches, raising the bar over the fast food lunches. In addition to the management of the lunch program, Schoolhouse Fare's service features an online ordering and credit card payment system which adds to the convenience of the program for the school and the families. The lunch program is available at no cost to the school. As a commitment of service to the school, Schoolhouse Fare donates a percentage of the gross revenue of lunch sales to the school. Our team will work with each school to customize a menu for each day of the week that will contribute to a balanced diet within the Recommended Dietary Allowances for children 4-18 years of age. To support this service, we have contracted with the well-known nutrition expert “Dr. Ann” (Ann G. Kulze, M. D.), to review the nutritional profile of our menu. On the Schoolhouse Fare daily menu, Dr. Ann offers her "Top Pick for Health" as a suggestion to selecting a reasonably balanced and nutritious lunch. Researchers, doctors, and school administrators are finding that good nutrition for children often results in improvement in student learning and behavior. We the owners, Carol Fair and Bradley Morrow, are long-time Charleston residents. With school-age children, we have experienced the need to have a convenient lunch program that offers nutritional lunch selections in addition to popular lunch items.
